Privacy notice
Last updated: 14 August 2026.
This notice explains what I ask you for in the request form, what I use it for, and how you can ask me to delete it. It's written to be understood, not to tick a box.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Leandro Valdés, based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México. For anything to do with your data, the address is yumecraftsmx@gmail.com.
There's no company behind this and no support team: your data reaches me and I'm the one who handles it.
What I ask you for
In the request form: your name, your email, your country, your city and your postcode. WhatsApp is optional.
Whatever you write about the piece is kept too: model, size, colours, when you need it and comments.
Your request also records where you reached the site from — that you came from Instagram, for instance — and which page you filled the form on. It tells me which posts are working. It isn't shared with anyone and it isn't used to follow you around other websites.
I don't ask for financial details, ID documents or sensitive personal data. If you send them anyway in a comment, I don't need them and I don't use them.
What I use it for
To prepare a quote with the price of the piece and the cost of shipping, to reply to you and follow up on your project, and to arrange delivery if you go ahead.
The city and postcode do exactly one job: working out the shipping. Without them I can't give you a closed price.
I don't send marketing. If I ever want to, I'll ask you first.
Where it's kept and who else sees it
Your request arrives in a spreadsheet and an inbox, both Google's, which is the provider I work with. The site itself is published on Cloudflare Pages.
Beyond that I don't share your data with anyone, I don't sell it, and I don't use it for anything other than your request. The only exception would be a legal obligation.
If you order a piece, the courier — DHL or FedEx — needs your name, address and phone number in order to deliver it.
How long I keep it
As long as your project is alive and, if you order, for as long as it takes to handle any later questions and tax obligations.
If you ask me to delete it sooner, I delete it.
What you can ask me for
You can ask to see your data, correct it if it's wrong, have it deleted, or object to my using it. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want.
Write to yumecraftsmx@gmail.com from the address you used for the request and tell me what you want. I reply within twenty working days at the latest.
You don't have to explain why.
Cookies and browsing
The site stores the language you chose in your browser, so it doesn't have to ask again. That's all.
There are no advertising cookies, no social media cookies and no cross-site tracking. The fonts are served from this same domain, so your visit doesn't ask Google for anything either.
Changes to this notice
If anything changes — what I ask for, the tools I use — I write it here and update the date above.
